Shop Policy

* Orders are not returnable for any reason, unless you receive a defective product. If you do happen to receive a defetive product, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the defect.

* If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as you can. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

*Once a package leaves my hands, I am unfortunately no longer in control of the package. I will do everything in my power to help you with your package, but please do kindly understand that I am not able to refund you for lost or damaged orders, unless it was an insured Priority Mail.

* As a continuation of the above, if you would like to purchase extra protection for your order for your peace of mind, please include a note in your order or contact me as soon as possible and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference in shipping.
