Kaeruka Genshou (frog-ification phenomenon)

The “subtitles” say "When I came to my senses, the bad spell had been broken."

Kaeruka genshou is a phrase I really like, but I don't think it exists in English.
It roughly translates into "the frog-ification phenomenon" and it's basically the opposite of the fairy tale "The Frog Prince."

You experience this phenomenon when someone you like likes you back; you suddenly start hating them and feeling repulsed by them.

So basically, you come to your senses and your prince turns back into an ugly frog haha. They say many people have experienced this phenomenon. I'm such a sucker for phrases like this!!!
